Legal Disclosures
1. Engagement and Term
(a) This Agreement commences on the date the Client accepts these Terms and continues until the Services are fully delivered, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions.
(b) The Client engages Wasiyya Legal to perform estate planning and documentation preparation services as detailed in the Service Specification.
(c) Wasiyya Legal may engage qualified third-party contractors, including legal practitioners, specialized consultants, and printing services, to facilitate the delivery of Services.
(d) Such third parties are independent operators and Wasiyya Legal maintains supervisory oversight over deliverables but is not liable for external delays.
(e) These Terms may be amended by Wasiyya Legal from time to time. The Client will be formally notified of any material variations impacting their rights.
(f) Continued instruction of Wasiyya Legal following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Account & 3. Will Creation
2. Account Security & Responsibilities
To access and utilize the Wasiyya platform, you must establish a secure customer account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is entirely accurate, factual, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of your credential parameters and assume liability for any actions, executions, or modifications generated under your account profile.
3. Will Creation & Independent Review
(b) Any custom technical review executed via our optional ‘Lawyer Review’ is delegated strictly to an independent solicitor.
(c) The scope of such evaluation remains restricted exclusively to a technical checking mechanism for formatting and structural standard compliance.
(d) The reviewing solicitor does not verify, confirm, or audit the physical reality, ownership status, or valuation of your listed assets.
(e) Under no circumstances shall the review constitute bespoke legal, financial, tax planning, or holistic legal representation.
(f) You acknowledge sole liability for the correct validation and spelling of all names, dates of birth, and identity declarations.
(g) The generation of Shariah-compliant allocations relies strictly upon standard standardized parameters and algorithmic logic based on your custom inputs.
(h) Submitting false or misleading operational parameters voids any procedural assurance or correctness checks provided by the platform.
(i) No attorney-client relationship is structured between you and Wasiyya Legal through regular automated portal operations.
(j) Subsequent manual adjustments to the document structure post-review completely nullify the professional technical certificate of review.
(k) Total platform structural liability is strictly bounded and limited directly to the exact fee paid for the corresponding document creation service.
4. Fees & 5. Licence
Plain English Summary
You must pay for services upfront. You get a right to use our platform for yourself, but you can’t copy our code, templates, or logic to build a competing business. Don’t use the platform for anyone else without their consent.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
4.2 Non-payment or payment reversals will result in immediate suspension of account privileges, revocation of unfinished templates, and denial of document execution capabilities.
5. Proprietary License
5.2 You are expressly prohibited from copying, adapting, reverse-engineering, or extracting our core code, specialized structural templates, decision-tree logic, or styling systems to develop, train, or inform any competing commercial offer, software product, or legal drafting system.
5.3 You warrant that you will not use this platform to render documents for third parties for commercial gain or representation without obtaining explicit prior written consent from Wasiyya Legal.

Definitions
The following capitalized terms shall have the meanings specified below for all purposes of this Agreement and associated testamentary documents.
Account
The digital interface and personalized profile established by a User on the Wasiyya Legal platform to access, draft, execute, and store Shariah-compliant estate planning documents.
Competing Use
Any direct or indirect utilization of the Wasiyya Legal platform, its code, document logic, proprietary templates, or user flow to build, assess, copy, or distribute a competitive digital inheritance or estate planning software.
